We had sliced brisket, sausage, ribs, chicken quarters, turkey leg (just because you can't pass up a leg for $9), baked potato salad, coleslaw, and boudin. The meats were moist and flavorful. Loved the coleslaw and potato salad. Hubs was drinking the BBQ sauce 😄Boudain was Texas boudain. I was hoping for LA boudin, but it was still good. Definitely going back to try more of the sides and BBQ.
